In celebration of D&D London’s Mindful City campaign, we have put together a ‘Blue Planet’ menu using only sustainable fish and seafood including starters of  hand dived scallops with kohlrabi, pancetta and mizuna, and red mullet carpaccio, fried capers, shallots and pomegranate, as well as mains of halibut with squid ink veloute and cauliflower or a lighter crayfish salad with mango, avocado and cucumber. We have paired these dishes with Seresin Estate wines and you can enjoy a complimentary glass of Estate sauvignon blanc or chardonnay when you order any main course.

Blue Planet Menu

This January, D&D London is launching Mindful City, a campaign encouraging us to take care of ourselves and the planet with little steps each day. With the campaign in mind, we are taking our signature seafood menus, and making them Blue Planet level sustainable – making David Attenborough proud one serving at a time.

To ensure the drinks are as sustainable, we have partnered with Seresin Estate. Organic viticulture has been a founding principle of Seresin Estate since the first vines were planted in 1992 initiated by owner Michael Seresin. After a few years, it was a natural progression for us to embrace the world of biodynamics. Our entire estate is farmed biodynamically; this encompasses not only vineyards but the extensive olive groves, orchards, native vegetation, pastoral land, vegetable & herb gardens.

The estate is certified both with Biogro NZ and the internationally recognised Biodynamic body, Demeter.

Seresin Estate is embracing dry farming, so eventually the water use for vine irrigation will be negligible.
