Wine + Dine with Chef Matt Robinson (Part 1)

Bluebird head chef, Matt Robinson, loves his wine nearly as much as he loves his food and here he flips the classic approach to food and wine matching on its head for the Wonderful Wines of Aus festival.

Rather than starting with food and then thinking what wine to drink with it, Chef Matt has put all the emphasis on the wine (quite right too, we say!)  and chosen one of his favourite bottles, the 2013 Henschke ‘Croft’ Chardonnay from Adelaide Hills in his native Australia and created a dish that combines with it perfectly.
